INTRODUCTION

The Trainer holds an Honours Degree in Social Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia, with a major in Economics and minor in Management studies. She is a  registered PSMB trainer.

She has 17 years of experience in the corporate sector with exposure in service quality measurement and improvement, sales and people development.

Her training experience in the corporate environment spans more than 7 years. Apart from conducting her own programs, she also worked with other training providers,  educating individuals from reputable organizations such as OCBC Bank (M) Sdn Bhd, Public Bank, Maybank, AmBank, iCimb, Astro, iPerintis, Muhlbauer, Infineon Technologies, Taiyo Yuden (Sarawak), TNB Remaco, EPF, JKR, Bank Negara Malaysia (FSTEP), Securities Commission, Eurocopter Malaysia and Cyberview to name a few. Her audience ranges from entry-level employees to senior management.

To ensure her participants’ learning is truly enhanced, Yong Hooi shares insightful, practical and how-to guidance to implement best practices that will bring about people development initiatives within the organization.
