Course Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

Target Audience

This program is designed to provide managers in non-financial positions with a practical understanding
of finance and accounting. It is assumed that participants have no formal accounting or finance
knowledge.

Methodology

This program combines interactive learning method with real-life business scenarios to bring out the full
implications of the financial concepts. The workshop uses case studies, hands-on exercises and
