INTRODUCTION

I’m a certified trainer with an ENFJ personality type, committed to making a positive impact and creating meaningful change through my work as a trainer. This unique perspective fosters my belief that creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment is vital for learning and development. During my role as Talent Enabler, I have had the privilege of supporting Heads of Department and facilitating training needs analysis within the organisation. I designed programs tailored to organization needs and aligned with the mission of supporting employees’ career advancement. The programs that I have initiated are: 

  1. DEAL (Drop Everything And Learn): a bite sized training program that leverage  peer-to-peer learning as well as focus on technical and soft skills development, such as project design and communication skills.
  2. JOY: a platform designed to empower employees to share their unique talents/interests with colleagues and develop trainer mindset.
  3. Solar Bear Club: a platform designed to help employees cultivate reading habit, connect and exchange insights through the shared interests in reading.
