Jason Soh has over 20 years of people deveolpment in the Insurance and Finance instituitions certified by LIAM (Life Insurance Am Malaysia) and MII (Malaysia Insurance Institute). Training specialist in sales development to agency management heading the respective faculty. Pursued studies in Charted in Marketing developed the interest in sales and marketing which at later drawing interest in personnel development. Jason is also a prominent soft skilled trainer, certified with some internationally well-known programs such as 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Influencer, and certified master trainer for GAMA International and LIMRA. Mixed certified has cultivated strong training methodologies, in turn developing into Strong People Skills, EQ Management and Unique Training principles.
Jason made progressive career move in insurance companies from head of training to playing regional role business development. Sent for field trips to China, HongKong, Bangkok for certification and best practices studies. Experiencing the integration of training operation with ISO certification and observation. Adopting and integrating business operation model for training and sales practice also with agency management model. Closely working with insurance companies and agencies and organization such as Kementerian Pembangunan Perumahan Sabah, John Master Group Bhd, SMR Consultancy, Ken Group etc… invited guest speaker regularly for schools’ children camp for Attitude Enhancement and team building and some NGOs with religion association youth.
