Basic First Aid & CPR

This course was designed to equip participants with the knowledge of first aid which will enable them to help victims in any accident before they get professional helps. It provides the participant with a sound understanding and working knowledge of first aid procedures.

Course Objectives

• Manage a first aid & cpr incident effectively;
• Apply strategies to deal with a range of common workplace injuries;
• Administer basic life saving skills; 
• Understand the role and responsibilities of an appointed person in small to medium size organisations

Target Audience

Suitable for individuals who are nominated as internal first aiders. This course is very practical and will require participants to demonstrate procedures on the floor. Suitable clothing such as trousers and flat shoes are recommended

Lecture, practical, case study and accident scenario.
