This programme is an action-based learning event. Participants will go through the entire learning circle starting with the experience stage through various tailor-made business simulation, case studies and activities. Participants would then reflect on their personal performance in the experiential stage. The reflective stage is designed to strengthen learning and garner as many “AHA!” insights as possible.
From the reflective stage, participants would arrive at individual conclusion that would incorporate ideas that would be shared in the programme. These conclusions would form the basis of the participant’s personal action plan that we believe would deliver the desired improvement in performance.
