Overview On 5 Why Analysis Training

Course Objectives

All participants will be trained theoretically and practically to Analyze and trouble shoot using the 5 WHY Analysis method effectively. It also ensures that the participants are able to analyze until the Root-cause is found and the corrective action taken is Fool-proof which means there will be no repeat in the same problem occurring again. Finally, they will be trained on how to write a comprehensive ‘Corrective Action Report’ to ensure the recipient understands and is satisfied with the actions taken. This results in Customer Satisfaction.

Target Audience

Managers, Head of Departments, all sections’ personnel in charge of Quality,
All Quality control/assurance personnel.

Methodology

We will use slides, slide shows, video clips and case studies using actual
examples to ensure all participants understands and are able to conduct
accurate analysis using the “5 Why analysis” method.

Course Modules

Day 1 Introduction to root-cause analysis.

Day 2 Explanation on “Fool- Proof” methods for root-cause analysis.
