Course Objectives

 To guide and cement all levels towards the company’s expectation towards a positive and productive culture.
 Since all of them are grouped based on their clients – loyalty and company culture is more towards their clients then the actual company themselves.
 Employees must learn how to appreciate and spread positivity about their company while enforcing the positive towards each other and the management.
 Also a module covering the sensitivity towards other races – acceptance of diversity

Target Audience

This customised program has been designed for all members of staff in the organisation.

Methodology

An “experiential learning” and “learner-centered” approach is used throughout the program including individual profiling and exercise, group discussions, team activities and role plays.

Get To Know The Trainer

Trainer Ismail

Ismail has 22 years of working experience, having held several executive and managerial positions, including about 12 years in education and training. He started his career as a Technical Officer with the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. He then joined a privately-run educational institution in Kuala Lumpur as a Principal. He was later appointed to be the Head of Human Resources and was responsible for the training and development of about 100 teaching and administrative personnel. Before becoming a full-time training consultant, Ismail served as the Central HR Training Coordinator for Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Bhd.
