Course Objectives

This program is designed to enable participants to implement 5S Practices effectively based on the 5S Practices for Quality Environment workplace criteria that being set by Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) for both manufacturing and service industries. Here are the learning objectives for the two days training program; after completing this program, participants will be able to:

• Understand the types of waste and how they are originated.
• Identify the method to eliminate waste and not to create wastes.
• Understand the 5S Practices systematically to maintain wastes at the minimum level.
