Target Audience

Executives who must understand how the relate the others the way they communicate affects others and may need to modify their communication to be more effective in their interactions with colleagues, superiors, staff, and clients or customers.
1st time managers, Junior Managers to Senior Managers, Team Leaders, Business/Functional Stream leaders, Individual contributors

Methodology

Participants are encouraged to apply whatever practical and job experiences they have gained to group and class discussions. This course is highly interactive and uses diverse teaching methods (lectures, cases, role-plays, group work, pair discussions, and videos) to accommodate different learning styles.
