This assists in defining and overcoming conflict, miscommunication, and how we and others interpret our sense of value that is ultimately responsible for employee engagement and competence. Benefits of the Colored Brain Communication Inventory™
It is optional to do the Colored Brain Communication Inventory although it is highly recommended. The participants will complete the Inventory 1 week before the training date so they will have the report for perusal if the option is chosen to do the inventory.
