Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Demonstrate and apply the use of basic and advanced writing techniques and styles through NLP that suits today’s demands, including anticipating audience reaction.
  • Write effective and concise emails/letters/ minutes/reports that addresses professional issues.
  • Proofread and edit copies of business correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently by adapting to individual styles.
  • Develop inter and intra business communication skills that contribute to effective and satisfying personal, social and professional relationships, and the overall effective presentation skills.

Target Audience
