Course Objectives

This course will benefit you to document the risk assessment report as an evidence compliance to new ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard in the clause 8.5. In this requirement that the laboratory have to identify the risk and opportunities, which is related to laboratory activities, afterwards plans actions to address these risks and opportunities, following that incorporate into the management system, and finally evaluate the effectiveness of these actions. Thus, this course is particularly valuable for individuals directly involved in these plans and taking the necessary action, then evaluating the effectiveness in order for continuous improvement.
