Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of a management system based on the requirements ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and the new ISO 45001 (or equivalent), and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011.

Participants will learn to:

Interpret the requirements of the 2 Standards in the context of an audit.
Understand the concept of an audit and its purpose as a management tool.
Describe the roles and responsibilities of auditors and lead auditors.
Plan and conduct an audit (in accordance with ISO 19011)
Understand the benefits of conducting an audit.
