Course Objectives

The Internal Auditor training course is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge to plan and conduct internal Environmental Management System (EMS) audits against the requirements of ISO 14001:2015. Information gathering and evaluation skills provide participants with the competencies needed to fully engage in the audit process. Audit reporting and corrective action modules provide insight into presenting audit findings.

Participants will learn to:

Absorb the duties and skills required of an auditor
Gain knowledge on how to plan, conduct and report an audit
Master the techniques to assist the auditor to gather and interpret objective evidence and to conduct the audit
Relate the relationship between the clauses of ISO 14001:2015
