ESTABLISHING, IMPLEMENTING AND MAINTAINING DOCUMENTED INFORMATION FOR ISO 45001:2018

Course Objectives

• To identify the needs for documented information in ISO 45001:2018 and understand how to meet them
• To develop the skills to design and improve documented information for ISO 45001:2018
• To be able to design and manage effective documented information system at workplace
• To be able to effectively manage and improve different processes through documented information
• To ensure effective implementation of the objectives of documented information

Target Audience

GMs / Managers / Internal Auditors / Engineers / Executives / Officers / Supervisors / Document Controllers / Clerks in the areas of Operations/Production, HSE, Maintenance, R&D, Human Resources, Production Control, Purchasing and Warehousing/Logistics and SHO, SSS, and most importantly safety and health committee members

Methodology

This training program uses adult learning methods such as lectures, group discussion, Power Point presentations and games. Participants will spend half of the time in individual or group activities that allow them to develop essential skills for ISO 45001:2018 documented information. The trainer will share his knowledge and actual experience and will draw real examples from the actual industry setting to reinforce learning
