INTERPRETING AND IMPLEMENTING ISO 9001:2015

Course Objectives

• To identify the 7 ISO 9001:2015 main requirements and understand how to meet them
• To take advantage of the context of the organization and the needs and requirements of different interested parties
• To understand the needs for documented information in ISO 9001:2015
• To be able to upgrade an existing documentation and practice to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
• To be able to design and implement effective programs to improve the overall performance of the organization

Target Audience

GMs / Managers / Internal Auditors / Engineers / Executives / Officers / Supervisors / Document Controllers / Clerks in the areas of Operations/Production, QA, QC, Maintenance, R&D, Human Resources, Production Control, Purchasing and Warehousing/Logistics.

Methodology

This training program uses adult learning methods such as lectures, group discussion, Power Point presentations and games. Participants will spend half of the time in individual or group activities that allow them to develop important skills in ISO 9001:2015 implementation. The trainer will share his knowledge and actual experience and will draw real examples from the actual industry setting to reinforce learning.
