Course Objectives

ISO/IEC 17025 standard is defines the requirements of a quality management system, the documented system and technical competency, which defines the processes, are controlled and interact with each other in order to achieve the competence testing and calibration laboratories. 

The Internal Quality Audit is one of these standard requirements, and then you should periodically conduct internal audits to verify laboratory operations are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures and with ISO/IEC 17025. This can be achieved through a program of planned internal audits of your processes. Thus, internal audits, when properly implemented, are proactive tools for assessing an organization’s ongoing compliance with a standard or regulation.

This course is covered development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of Internal Quality Audit program for ISO/IEC 17025, and interprets its elements. Basic criteria of internal quality audit procedure, process of internal auditing and analysis of audit results by using appropriate quality tools also covered by this course.
