Course Objectives

• Raising legal consciousness and apply relevant regulatory requirements to the participant’s personal and professional context
• Offer basic interpretation of legislation and the constitution, including legal principles relevant to participants professional and personal life
• Understand the role of the courts and parliament in the legal process
• Understand the key legal principles, rights and responsibilities, as well as the operation of judicial precedent
• Anticipate and mitigate legal risk and problems arising in professional and personal life
