that are progressively dominated by digitalisation

  • Assess training needs that align with business objectives and requirements
  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders to secure their commitment
  • Identify data types, data sources and apply appropriate data collection

methods

  • Perform analysis to identify gaps between desired and current performance
  • Develop proposed implementation plan with outline of training solutions,

evaluation success criteria and ROI justification

  • Present TNA report with findings and recommendations for management Approval
