DESIGN THINKING FOR LEADERS

Course Objectives

 To understand the Design Thinking Framework which enables leaders to apply and promote
 To create the processes of designing a solution; service or product in their own organization
 To increase awareness on the importance of creativity in problem solving and decision making thus generating the business results that are impactful for an organization
 To enhance leaders’ creativity which is a building block for innovative solutions in leaders leading change and innovation for high business performance

Target Audience

This course is designed for C-suite leaders, general managers, senior managers and managers.

Methodology

This training will be conducted using the experiential learning methodology of Kolb’s Learning Cycle. This is a test and proven approach that allows learners to experience creative thinking and innovation through games, simulations, video clips and educational visits then they would reflect and conceptualize their lessons learned to be transferred to their workplaces upon returning from this program. Because of this methodology, learners learn more and retain more too (90%). As they retain more knowledge from this program, the probability to apply and promote will definitely be high.
