EICC – RBA Awareness

Course Objectives

The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is a non-profit coalition of electronics companies committed to supporting the rights and wellbeing of workers and communities worldwide affected by the global electronics supply chain.

To provide delegates with:

• an understanding of the concepts and requirements of ElCC Code of Conduct
• knowledge on how to comply to the code
• knowledge on validated audit process (VAP) program

Target Audience

Suitable for ALL functions and levels who have no prior knowledge of the RBA Code and are responsible for the development, implementation and/or maintenance of the code in line with the current management systems. 

For compliance purpose, it is a MUST for Top Management, Safety and Health committees, Internal Auditors, Management Representatives and Human Resource key personnel as knowledge of the requirements is a requisite.

Methodology

This program involves a wide range of learning approaches, including self – assessment, case studies, small group activities and discussions, interactive lectures, experimental learning group assignments and exercises and presentation and critique.
