• Relate how the TPM concept could be applied in their departments for continuous improvement.
• Train their subordinates in the application techniques of TPM.
• Detect abnormalities at the production floor
• Lead a team to do TPM improvement activities
• Teach operators to be equipment-conscious
• Develop one point lesson
