Course Objectives

Communication in our lightning-paced world require that we apply all available “tools” to ensure the intent of our messages are delivered less possible flaws and the eventual responses are desirable.

The mechanics of communication is dynamic and highly volatile. Thus, the application of the gold standard in face-to-face communication, the Mehrabian Principle together with other psychological factors will be able to enhance spoken communication.  

The way we write also needs to be improved in order to meet present demands. Fundamentally, the convention in correspondence remains the same.
