This standard is recognized worldwide in more than 140 countries and belongs to the ISO 9000 series of standards. The ISO 9000 series is amongst the International Organization for Standardisation’s (ISO) most widely known and used standards

Participants will learn to:

  • Key requirements, terms and definitions of ISO 9001:2015
  • Structure of ISO 9001:2015, which incorporates the Annex SL common framework for management system standards

Target Audience

This course is intended for company personnel who are considering the development and implementation of a Quality Management System that meeting ISO 9001 (or equivalent quality system standards) to achieve third party certification, and is particularly relevant to the ISO 9001 steering group representative.
