Methodology

This Live Online / Virtual Training session will be conducted via a Live Streaming Platform in which the trainer will use interactive lecture and slide presentation to cover the modules stated below.

  • MODULE 4 – IMPORTANCE OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IN NEW NORM
    – Understanding the meaning product/service which is meant to make profit and reduce loss for company
       – The purpose and how it work
       – Development – processes
       – Certification
       – End user; where and who and when
       – Maintenance/service to ensure consistency and satisfaction
       – Warranty offered and why
       – Comparison with other brand, model or competitors
       – Strength and weakness of the product/service specifications – which will allow continuity R&D improvement
    – How product knowledge assist in problem solving and decision making
       – Thorough examination in the study of product/service flexibility in new normal
       – Effective and quick adjustment to requirement of new normal needs to fit in to company and others’ needs
    – Benefits of product knowledge in workplace especially working with others
