This program is focused for management personnel however this is also suitable for operators, supervisors and the line leaders who are managing a team of subordinates in any types of manufacturing and service industries. Ideal for multi discipline teams.
This playshop is a game based active learning which is classified as FUN LEARNING. This fun learning is by doing and in this case a stimulated and simulated games will be played as part of teaching and learning process. This will lead to GREATER satisfaction level and understanding among the delegates for lasting long term impact.
The traditional class room teaching / learning will be set aside to give way for the current more desirable exercises, games and activities as part of active learning. No “Chalk & Talk”. Only games, activities and exercises supported with the “Learning Walk”. The playshop will be filled with a certain number of indoors or out door exercises, games and activities. This could usually be done in an open space of a large hall.
Once a particular exercise, games or activity is done, the facilitator will take the participating delegates through a learning walk where the audience is encourage to speak and share their ideas until the correct message is delivered and shared. The duration can be adjusted as to the time availability and be based on discussion and performance of the delegates participating in the playshop.
