LEAN PRODUCTION

Course Objectives

• Understand the Lean Production principles
• Understand the Value and Waste concept
• Learn how to eliminate non-value added activities and inventory via various Lean’s proven techniques and concepts
• Learn how to maximize resources and gain maximum financial return

• Anyone who is tasked to continuously improve manufacturing activities

Methodology

The course is highly interactive; participants will be guided through the various steps of the course and will be involved in extensive exercising and few number of examples and case studies. Communication medium and material can be either in Malay or English. The course incorporates lectures, sample formats, examples, exercises, factory study tour (if allowed), and individual, group discussion plus presentation.
