Course Objectives

• Explore and design the warehouse procedures and process
• Check and improve methods and process in warehouse
• Identified the unnecessary cost incurred in warehouse management
• Identified value added process that satisfy customer
• Improve warehouse productivities and effeciency

Target Audience

This course is benefited to those personnel who wanted to understand more on warehouse operation, how to assist the organization to upkeep the inventory in correct manner at minimum cost and correct inventory level.

Methodology

This course will be delivered by a facilitator who has many years’ successful result in several organizations in warehouse and inventory control. The participants are encouraged to have a two-way communication and interaction actively during the training session.
