INTRODUCTION

Trainer was trained and certified in the year 2013 with Rasmussen Consulting from Denmark. She is also a certified trainer with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC), Malaysia. She has been actively engaging both adult and young learners using the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Methodology not just in her home country, Malaysia but also regionally mainly Indonesia and Sri Lanka. Her constant travel and various exposure in these countries bring with her unique expertise and experience to the leaners. She has applied the methodology not only in stimulating the creativity brain but also into other areas such as change as a way for upgrading/improvement (selfimprovement), leadership, communication skills, conflict management, team bonding, utilizing the tool in coaching and mentoring process as well as many others. She started her career back in Malaysia upon completion of bachelor degree from University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. She also completed and graduated her Masters in Business Administration with Nottingham University few years later. Never thought she would embarkedinto the education field, she was an executive in the customer service and marketing department and later into business development and sales before moving into managerial role. Her first job was with a Japanese organization and lastly before she decided to take on this adventure in learning is with a British company. She also made it a point to venture into different industries while learning the roles of adulthood and capitalism – electrical, recycling and publishing. At a young age, she did not have the advantage to play with LEGO bricks as it has always been an expensive toy for her parents to purchase. Being curious and wanting to create something more for her customers, she decided to get herself Certified into the methodology and since then she has never looked back. Her expertise has allowed her to meet with various customers from different industries, expecting different solutions in her expertise on a regular basis. It sharpens her mind and using the methodology to its best abilities. Workshops designed and conducted used various tools to ensure learning has the highest impact to her clients regardless it is a face to face or virtual sessions. She has conducted workshops in the hospitality and services industry, retail, business to business platform, governmental organisations, oil & gas, manufacturing & banking sectors to name a few. Some of her customers include Axiata Group, Giodarno Malaysia, Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Hospital Tarakan (Indonesia), Tourism Malaysia, Schlumberger, SAP Malaysia, Hong Leong Bank, Mandiri, Astro Malaysia and others. She constantly strives for better improving herself and besides conducting workshops on her own, she also works with other facilitators and trainers to synergise better content to best fit the complex organisation’s requirements with the constant need to increase and re-training of the employees.
