INTRODUCTION

Arshad, LSS Black Belt Certified Trainer, Certified Quality Engineer. An accomplished Lean Six Sigma professional. Had successfully led and accomplished Organization Transformation program to change the Organization Behaviour. The program include alignment between corporate and business, leadership and staff as well as between business-to-business. Organization has changed towards Multi-National Organization by proactively manage by risk-assessment as well as root-cause base operations. Implemented work-structuring to create flexible organization to support multi-skill workforce.

Involved in Cost Saving Project on Engineering & Process items. Led Site Improvement Plan (SIP) and Global Improvement Plant (GIP) to identify and mitigate the issue of spending item on engineering as well as process. Detailed study and items as well as mixed of minor project not limited to Lean, Six-Sigma, Cost-out program, vendor neutralization and feedstock price hike-up. Developed Process Improvement Project – Plant Value Stream Map (VSM) to identify process affective and match to current budget to efficiently manage plant to meet.

Experienced in Continuous Improvement. Had successfully transformed local organization and Global Pigment Group towards effective organization and development business system to be used at individual plant within pigment division. Led to create Huntsman Production System (HPS) – Lean, Six-Sigma, Supplier Performance and Selection and Zero Harm Program. Achieved zero harm, zero incident, and zero complaint.

Global Contribution to becoming Regional Driver to Global footprint of Prysmian Continuous Improvement Pillar. Contributed ideas to successful embarking into Prysmian DNA (Pillar) of Continuous Improvement. Brought ASEAN Pillar as part of Global Prysmian Pillar success story. ASEAN is a benchmarking Region to compare with Western Europe. Led and transformed Cikampek Plant to become central of Operational Excellence for Asia Market.

Led and closed important Global project for ASEAN Region to integrate SAP system into in-house SAP1C specifically for Energy Industry. Created special requirement for different Plants across region and successfully aligning the business need with process differences. Integrated customers and suppliers system into SAP1C Globally.

Led to create a program for young engineers in ASEAN Region to learn, improve process and get the real business result by implementing Lean Six-Sigma and Value Stream Mapping. Set-up Regional hub for Continuous Learning platform for improvement tools and Six-Sigma. Involved in Global creation of Global Hub for Learning Centre base in Milan, Italy. Coach, trainer and consultant within ASEAN Region, include Malaysia, Thailand,Indonesia, Philiphine and Singapore.
