Led Site Improvement Plan (SIP) and Global Improvement Plant (GIP) to identify and mitigate the issue of spending item on engineering as well as process. Contributed ideas to successful embarking into Prysmian DNA (Pillar) of Continuous Improvement. Brought ASEAN Pillar as part of Global Prysmian Pillar success story. ASEAN is a benchmarking Region to compare with Western Europe. Led and transformed Cikampek Plant to become central of Operational Excellence for Asia Market.
Led and closed important Global project for ASEAN Region to integrate SAP system into in-house SAP1C specifically for Energy Industry. Created special requirement for different Plants across region and successfully aligning the business need with process differences. Integrated customers and suppliers system into SAP1C Globally.
Led to create a program for young engineers in ASEAN Region to learn, improve process and get the real business result by implementing Lean Six-Sigma and Value Stream Mapping. Set-up Regional hub for Continuous Learning platform for improvement tools and Six-Sigma. Involved in Global creation of Global Hub for Learning Centre base in Milan, Italy.
