INTRODUCTION

Bryan is a young entrepreneur with a new startup company namely Simplified Studio Sdn Bhd. He graduated with an Interior Design Diploma and has been exploring the working world ever since. Despite being at a young age, he has explored multiple industries to find out what benefits his lifetime goal. His lifetime goal is to start his hotel, whether big or small. Hence with that dream of his, he has managed to pick up many different skills over the years, from speaking, pitching, leading, designing, editing, and many more. As a trainer today, he has gone through the Train The Trainers Programme to further pursue his dream. By sharing with others even at a young age, we shouldn’t let it be a hindrance to learning and having a healthy competition with those above us.He sought to help as many people as possible to bridge the generation gap that is occurring in many companies nowadays. He has spent years in the Design field picking up many different negotiating tactics, between contractors, engineers, and even his boss. It grew his confidence in being able to haggle whenever he travels and negotiate the best price for both parties. Being a people pleaser at times, he never pushes too far for one party to win.He also explored the travel industry for almost 3 years including OYO Hotels and other companies. With experience in handling Meetings, Incentives, conferences, and Exhibition (MICE), he can conjure up some custom-made activities for groups or company events. Positioned in the product development and marketing team as well, he learnt the beauty of what Malaysia could offer hence bringing his dream ever closer to home. Finally, before becoming an entrepreneur, he ventured into the event management field where he learned almost every nut and cranny you can learn about in the event field. He was to be raised as an in-house emcee but not long after COVID hit, he was appointed to be the Virtual Teambuilding’s emcee throughout the lockdown for various clients.Today, he is part of the training industry to share his own experience by doing it experientially.Though yet to be certified, he can transfer some knowledge to participants who need Microsoft PowerPoint training as well as Photoshop.
