She held 3 roles at one time, her responsibilities were in Business Development/Sales & Customer Service, Learning & Development, Process & Operation Improvement. She was also put in a role of leading team and supervision of organization daily operations.
Her job scopes also included training design, manual design, training needs analysis and development of organization. She pre-consulted corporate clients in leadership pipeline and leadership development. She developed and produced Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Videos as Continuous Improvement Initiative for one MNC in Johor Bahru.
As a trainer, she has delivered actual training environment through several institutions, non-profit organizations, and corporate clients. Her training programs included “Creating Self-Awareness & Personal Growth”, Character Building, Team Engagement & Team Building, Customer-Centric Selling & Customer Relationship, Leadership, Motivation and Communication.
She was involved, pilot and designed Graduates Employability Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia (GEKPM) Program for Bioscience Department UTM 2020 and obtained program grant from Kementerian Pelajaran Tinggi Malaysia.
Her belief in “Leadership as the fundamental solution and key to change” guided her in deliver trainings to organization to achieve desired results and performance while being people oriented. This belief does not just stop at corporate industries while it is relevant in creating impact to the society. From her background as Youth Ambassador of UNEP, she is still in touch with social development program/project. She established Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) with AIESEC Johor Bahru & Faculty of Science since 2018 to make business relevant to society.
