INTRODUCTION

The trainer has over 20 years of experience in teaching, training and adult learning, particularly in private college education. She has been involved extensively in soft skill course development, delivery and workshop consulting over the years. She holds a      Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Language from the National University of Singapore.

As a teacher in private colleges, she taught presentation skills, academic & business writing, business communication, and English grammar. As a trainer she has delivered writing and grammar workshops for government, entrepreneurs as well as professional executives at training centers. Her specialty is in developing management-level communication skills such as business writing skills, avoiding common errors in business writing, proofreading business documents, vocabulary development for business communication, grammar and editing skills.

The founder of Write Communications, she writes and edits for business, media, PR, and the web. In addition, she is a contributing editor to Prestigious Lifestyle and Office Concept magazine, both published by Media Edge Publications.
