INTRODUCTION

Hasni is a Chartered Public Accountant with working experience over 20 years in diverse fields covering accounting, secretarial, management and business consulting. Hasni is actively involved in training, helping mainly small and medium entrepreneurs through his practical programs. Hasni handles training sessions in both Bahasa Malaysia and English as needed. Hasni holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and master’s in business management (MBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is also a certified instructor of the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDC). Mohammad Hasni is also an Approved Accountants for MYOB accounting software.

He is a director of the firm Hasrin Hasni Associates, an accounting and financial management firm serving the small and medium entrepreneurs to facilitate the development and improvement of their business processes. He also acts as Financial Advisor for an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) that produce health and beauty products. Prior to opening his own practice, he was the General Manager for a medium size audit firm with operations in the Peninsular and Sabah. Acting as the GM, his role is to manage the group financial management and also branch coordination. During his tenure with the firm, he was also in charge to review the financial management of a hotel chain which is the firm major client.

Hasni is an approved Goods and Service Tax agent and has been exposed to the detail development and implementation of GST in Malaysia. Since receiving the certification from Customs he has conducted numerous session on GST particularly explaining the general guides and certain specific industries. Hasni has been actively involved in training and consultancy in recent years, helping develop entrepreneurs in their business and financial acumen through his highly practical workshops and providing consultancy services in managing their business as situations necessitate.

He also contributes to the development of future leaders of the country through his involvement in the National Service Training Program (PLKN). As one of the Master Trainer, he was responsible for conducting the training of more than 700 part-time instructors for the Program Integration Modules covering topics Culture, Religion and Role of Men and Women.
