INTRODUCTION

Hisham was formerly the Head of Academic at International College of Automotive (ICAM), Pekan, Pahang. He was also the Registrar of ICAM from December 2011 till May 2012. He graduated with a Master Degree in Business Administration from Morehead State University, Kentucky, USA in May 1985. He did his Bachelor Degree I Business Administration (BBA) majoring in Finance from University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma USA in 1984. On his return to Malaysia he joined Institute Technology MARA now known as UITM as a lecturer in the School of Business & Management from September 1985 till March 1987.

Hisham joined Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad in 1987 and served in its Subsidiary, BBMB Kewangan Berhad from 1988 to 1994 as a Management Executive Committee Member and, Corporate Services Manager and Branch Manager, Kota Bharu Branch. Raja Hisham was exposed to training and consultancy work rather early in his career when he was selected to participate in projects involving credit management, change management and business process reengineering with a reputable international consultancy firm A.T. Kearney, Inc., USA.

Hisham left Bank Bumiputra in 1996 to work for a Multinational company in Eastern Europe as its Regional Manager. He was based in Tirana, Albania to oversee Construction project of 1000 units of 5-storey apartments. He also aggressively embarked on business development in the Eastern European and central Asia region covering Kazakhstan and Krygstan. Raja Hisham then joined an Australian based company as Head of Centre to conduct Driver Assessment at Automotive Centre of Excellence in 2005. In 2006 he was appointed as Office Manager of WWE Holdings Berhad based in Jeddah.
On his return to Malaysia in 2007, he joined UNITEN College of Business Administration and Accounting as Senior Lecturer in the Finance and Economics department, at Bandar Muadzam Shah, Pahang. He left UNITEN in November 2011 after 4 years. His contract expired and left to join ICAM at Pekan, Pahang.

Raja Hisham has conducted Training programmes for FAMA at Port Dickson and Sepang. He has experienced teaching on part time basis for MBA students of MMU at its Melaka campus. He has also conducted a motivation training programme for a Manufacturing Company in Kelang, Selangor. He has also conducted a Visioning and Budget Session for a company he was attached to in 1999.
