INTRODUCTION

Hj. Shuhaimi (Jimi) graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences in Applied Physics from Coventry (Lanchester) Polytechnic, U.K. He is also certified as a Safety & Health Officer by NIOSH and a Lead Assessor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. He has more than 20 years of working experience specializing in the areas of SHEQ (safety, health, environment and quality) management. While employed as a Quality Assurance Manager he developed   strong, assertive and objective business relationships with suppliers and customers. With these invaluable experience have helped to position Suhaimi as a trainer competent in delivering training on customer service, exceeding customer satisfaction and quality awareness (product and service).

As a HR manager with JVC Electronics and Harris Semiconductor, he managed a large group of executives, supervisors, line-leaders, technicians and QC inspectors in a competitive manufacturing environment. His strong character and positive mind set in his management and leadership skill help ensure production carried out met the production planning schedules and quality objectives, without compromise as meeting customer satisfaction was of prime importance. He also supported the workforce with his professional in-house and public training programs on good communication skill, personal development, developing managerial skills, changing mind set, 7 habits of highly effective people, motivation and teambuilding. He received good feedback from participants often with excellent ratings.
