INTRODUCTION

Having more than 15 years of experience in Management capacity with MNC companies, Jacki Siew is well positioned to be a qualified training resource in Human Development. She holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), is a Certified Training Professional with ARTDO International.  She has also completed her Marketing Management Degree in the Management Centre of Europe (London) and holds a Professional Coach Certification program with CCA – IFC (International Coach Federation.  She is a trained CCA Credential Coach.

The Trainer is also a Certified Master Class Trainer and is a licensed Trainer for “Using Psychological Techniques in Selling” by the author and International Master Trainer Dr. Billy Kueek.  

Besides being actively involved in the Malaysian market, she has obtained valuable work experiences overseas during her tenure with MNCs too. She brings with her more than 20 years of Sales, Sales Promotions, Marketing and General Management experiences. She was exposed to hands-on knowledge in working with sales and customer service teams as well as organizing sales & motivational workshops, conventions and conferences. Jacki is highly interactive in her training approaches and she delivers powerfully with her excellent presentation and communication skills.

Being well-versed in many specialized areas, she makes an ideal Coach Trainer who can take participants to the next higher level.  Apart from the sales experience, she also has with her 11 years of nursing experience practice in UK and Malaysia Healthcare Industry, and thus is well positioned to be your training resource in Health Care.  She is professionally qualified as a State Registered Nurse and State Certified Midwife from UK. Jacki has also obtained valuable work experience overseas during her tenure with hospitals and health establishments.
