Jasmiza Yantee Jamalluddin holds a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from University of Warwick, Advanced Degree in Education from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Degree in Chemical. On the professional side, she is registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia; Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia; ISO 9000:2000 Series Lead Auditor; International Facilitation Association and IEngineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysianternational Society of Performance Improvement Technologist.
She is currently consulting and leading several high impact interventions in Human Capital Development for companies and organizations, and strongly believes that her experience and capability in developing human capital will best benefit any organization in order to remain competitive, if not leading. Her human capital development programs include knowledge management, capability building and organizational psychology – mindset change which are the soft key success factors to all leading organizations.
She leads, facilitates, manages and coaches others in their effort towards achieving their goals and realizing their vision. Her specific advanced skills in human capital development are well-known for their effectiveness and sound methodology. Besides designing systems, she has also lead the evolvement of management systems by integrating international standards and local systems, tailored to company’s need and aligned to company’s strategies. In her earlier years, she was one of the project leaders in the design and establishment phase of Universiti Kuala Lumpur, a strategic government project aimed to produce technopreneurs and was one of the key syllabus and program designers for the chemical and biochemical based discipline.
Her passion and commitment towards developing others have been crystallized through eight years of involvement with students from secondary schools, university and colleges, graduates, executives, managers and leaders by motivating and helping them to set their personal goal and design their own version of interventions, thus providing them with a clear milestone on how to achieve their targets and goals. She had also published a guide “Education Kit Series (1 & 2)” and had conducted more than 20 motivation seminars across East and West Malaysia. She believes in human potential and unique strengths; therefore believing that every organization and person can be successful if they know where they are going, what their strengths and weaknesses and how to get there.
