INTRODUCTION

Jass has over 20 years of strong commercial finance operation and compliance experience. Prior to her current role, she was Financial Controller in a leading Food & Beverage Brand entity. Under her employment, she was successfully building a strong finance team to cater for day-to-day retail finance transactions. She was also successfully implementing of ERP system, leading a system integration project and she was involved and advising in Business Corporate Restructuring and undertakes IPO Due Diligent Process. Jass holds a Master qualification in Business Administration, a Chartered Accountant of MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) and a Fellow Chartered Accountant of ACCA (Association Chartered Certified Accountants).
