As professional trainer, she specializes in conducting experiential indoor & outdoor teambuilding activities. She believes that through experiential learning people are able to process learning more effectively.

Training Coordinator, Globalknox Sdn Bhd (2011)

As a training coordinator her responsibilities included preparing the team for their various training sessions. The three main scopes of preparation were pre-training, during training and post-training coordination. For pre-training, she prepared and coordinated the necessary   training materials, registration, refreshments and room set-up. During training, she played the role of a lead facilitator for specific training sessions as well as briefed the group on team building instructions and safety procedures. Post training coordination involved updating training records and costing. She also managed the purchase, inventory and distribution of training materials and premium items.

She soon gained reputation in the training and development arena whereby she slowly ventured into other related fields of training such as the Train the Trainer program.
