INTRODUCTION

Joyce Lee Hui Hui is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom and a Chartered Accountant member with the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA). Her career began in one of the largest Malaysia conglomerate, Berjaya Group of Companies in the role of a group financial accountant. She then moved into the telecommunications and ICT industries (Maxis Communications, Nokia Networks, IBM Malaysia), taking up various roles in business & operational finance and responsible for finance analysis, planning & budgeting.  She was later headhunted for one of the most established regional and global FMCG organization to undertake a leadership role in commercial finance.

Her passion and interest in training and facilitation began whilst she was still in Nokia Networks, where she was requested to train business managers on the essentials of finance analysis, Sarbannes Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements and interpretation of financials. 

Joyce was the Past President of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) Toastmasters Club in year 2007-2008 due to her passion and interest in public speaking, training and development. 

She was awarded the Advance Communication Bronze, Advanced Communication Silver (ACB, ACS) and Competent Leader (CL) communication award from Toastmasters International, USA.  In addition, she was the Past President of the Rotaract Club of Port Klang Centennial, which is part of the Rotary International Organisation.

Her vast business, finance & accounting knowledge gained from Malaysia PLCs and global multi-national companies enables her  to explain complex financial concepts in layman’s terms.  Her passion is to enrich participants’ knowledge and increase their aptitude for appreciating the intricate subject of finance.
