INTRODUCTION

Kamil is a professional and Registered Lead Auditor and a member of American Society of Quality Control (ASQC). He is a qualified auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, HACCP / ISO 22000 and SA 8000 Management schemes. He graduated from University Teknologi MARA in Microbiology (1985) and also possess a Diploma in Total Quality Management from New Port University. He is also an approved trainer under HRDC scheme with TTE exemption. From period 1997 to currently he has conducted in total more than 5600 man-days audit to ISO 9001, 600 mandays audits to ISO 14001, 350 mdays for OHSAS 18001 , 500 man-days for ISO 22000 / HACCP audit , 100 mdays for ISO 13485 and SA 8000 Code of conduct audit from 1996 to currently whilst performing compliance assessments and surveillance audits in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Pakistan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Korea, Australia, Philippines and some European countries contractually for reputable certification bodies in last 22 years (1997 to 2019) namely SGS UK ; URS UK, AFNOR AFAQ , TNV UK ltd and National Quality Assurance (NQA) which covers a wide spectrum of MNC and established local countries ranging from Metal, Printing, Plastics, Rubber, Food and packing (more than 100 companies), Project Management, Construction, Chemical Process, Electronics and Electrical Trading / Distribution, Financial, M&E Services, Oil and Gas and Hospitality services and other related services.

He carries with him more than 22 years industrial experience in QA and Operations Management whilst serving companies in the Rubber packaging industry, Food manufacturing industry, Ceramics industry and Plastic industry. During his tenure, he has gained extensive knowledge in Quality, HSE, Medical device and food safety management. Till now, he has assisted more than 100 companies achieve successful certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001/ ISO 4500, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 13485, CE MARKING, GDPMD, RSPO / MPSO SCCS , HALAL MS 1500 standard and TS 16949 within a single attempt during the initial application. Over the last 16 years he has conducted more than 250 in house and public led courses pertaining to Internal Quality Audit, Quality Management, Quality Improvement, Environmental Management, Automotive Core Tools, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management/ HACCP; ISO 13485 Medical Device, GDPMD ,Risk assessment ,Applicable Malaysia Legal requirements Occupational Health & Safety Management , RSPO / MSPO , CE Marking and Regulations and Halal Awareness Training.
