Mr. Chris Khaw has more than 30 years of working experience in both countries, Singapore, and Malaysia. He started his career in the manufacturing industry as a Sales Engineer after acquiring his Certificate in Mechanical Engineering. Thereafter he continued-on his studies to Diploma in Marketing (CIM Dip) before venturing into the sales and marketing field. He was attached to several companies as a Sales Manager until his big-break came when he joined a leading Japanese multi-national engineering company. With his proven track-record in sales and the right work-attitude he was then given the responsibility to head the Penang Sales Office over-seeing more than 30 employees. Chris held on to the position for about 15 years before joining another company which is more flexible and allows him to conduct training programs.
It was through the years in the management side that Chris started to polish-up his interpersonal skills and understand in-depth on managing a company. Until today, he stands up to his principle, ‘Priority is to achieve the desired result for all his clients’.
Chris is naturally an outdoor guy and has high passion for sports and challenging activities. He sometimes shares with his participants on how to be a high performer at work by living a healthy lifestyle. He has a wide general knowledge as a result of frequent travelling overseas either on business or leisure.
Some of the clients which Chris has worked with are MNCs like Jabil, Plexus, Motorola, Intel, Dell, and others. Local corporates are AirAsia, OCBC Bank, Sime Darby Group, Equatorial Hotel etc.
