The Trainer – B.Sc (Hons) in Food Technology & Bioprocess from University Malaysia Sabah. She has vast experience in the field of quality assurance for the seafood and poultry industry. She is a certificated auditor for ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000 and Good Manufacture Practices. The facilitator is also a Certified and Approved Trainer by Ministry of Health to conduct Food Handler Training.
The facilitator has wide training and consultation experience in different industries, including food manufacturing, catering, food service, construction, engineering, plastic injection, automotive, trading, investment scheme and other. She also has extensive experience in acting as a third party auditor for various industries, such as food manufacturing, construction, engineering, life insurance, building materials and others.
The facilitator also had greatly contributed to the achievement of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System & OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System (management representative); maintaining its continuity and sustainability to meet competitive market challenges.
She also has experience working with well-known retail clients as Sakae Sushi, Pappa Rich, Old Town White Coffee, Italiannies, J.Co Donuts and many more. She continuously prepares and updates her knowledge and talent to benefit the people and organizations that need her guidance, influence and change initiative mentoring.
