The Trainer holds a Master in Biotechnology from Malaysia University of Science & Technology. She has vast experience in the field of Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System for almost 7 years in a top rank consultancy and training firm. She attained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Food Science & Management (UKM) and completed both courses on Lead Auditor Course for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System under the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA).
The Trainer has wide working experience and exposure in multiple industries and disciplines from manufacturing, engineering, construction, and up to the service industry and etc. She preaches and cautions on the needs and the virtues of change for survival in the complex business world. She successfully developed positive and productive changes in the workplace by assisting more than 100 companies in the achievement of ISO Quality Standards involving all staffs top-down. She implemented change initiator projects such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) ,Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Food Hygiene and Handling, Improvement through Quality Management System as initial steps to change the working environment at par to stay competitive meeting Customers Satisfaction, Employee`s Satisfaction and Sustaining Profitability.
To prepare to lead success and continuity, she gave priority in developing the competency of her trainees with the excellent and latest knowledge, skill and proficiency. As a change leader, she continuously prepares and update her knowledge and talent to benefit the people and organizations who need her guidance, influence and change initiative mentor. She always believes recognition for a change or improvement implemented in the workplace is a powerful motivator for employees and the organization, a footstep to drive forward challenge and meet the business outside.
Her people management and customer service skills is something acquired both from many years of working experience thus making her programs very power-packed and practical. Over the years, Lai Mun Lee has developed many training modules and had extended her service to various companies.
