INTRODUCTION

Maheasuran is a certified Senior First Aid Instructor certified by Malaysian Red Crescent and is also a HRDC certified trainer, he is also trained. In effective presentation, latest CPR technique by IJN. On safety Issues was trained In Hazard Identification, workplace safety, and accident prevention at workplace.

He specializes in conducting industrial / occupational first aid training and has worked under Industrial environment for 25 years involved in safety committee and EHS activities and capable of forming ERT teams at industrial level.

He has been conducting training for more than 20 years at private as well as government Sector, During his training he uses clear concise communication and creates a good 2 way communication with the participants. He has experience setting up first aid rooms at workplace, prepare training needs according to participants/workplace needs and during his training strongly emphasize on safety of the first aider during the training, he is also capable of preparing emergency mock situation for the workplace safety campaign.
