INTRODUCTION

Martin specializes in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical and Quality Management courses. He has a strong passion in teaching and training and therefore has left the industrial setting to be able to share all his knowledge through training programs.

Prior to his training career, he was the production consultant at a reputable local food manufacturing company. Being the production consultant, he headed the HACCP implementation of the company and thus bringing them towards ISO certification. He is also a Certified Consultant / Trainer under the Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan (MLVK) whereby he was mainly responsible for the development of all the training modules on Mechatronic Course H 170 (Level 1-3). He also helped in the setting up of the Engineering Business for DL Electrical & DL Engineering and organized all aspects of business administration to jobs undertaken for offshore platforms.

Having acquired all the industrial knowledge and working experience, he then ventured into a field (training) that he has already been doing but this time from a different angle. Working together with local and international training companies, he designed and developed various training modules such as HACCP for the Food Industry, ISO 9001, QS 9000 REQ, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Electrical Programs and others. With more than 9 years of experience in the industry, he has gained his credentials and had since shared his knowledge and expertise with many individuals and organizations.
