INTRODUCTION

Mathew Louis obtained his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bangalore, India. He has also obtained the NCC International Diploma in computer studies registered with the Singapore Ministry of Education. Mathew has successfully passed the TS16949 Lead Auditor training, ISO 9001 Auditor/Lead Auditor training, ISO14001 Lead Auditor Training. He obtained the Train the Trainer assessment and Training evaluation registered with PSMB (Perbadanan Sumber Manusia Berhad) from the Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia. He is a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt and also a qualified quality auditor registered from VDA QMC for the German standard VDA 6.3 process audit.

Mathew has more than 20 years of experience in various manufacturing companies whereby he started working as a quality control engineer then worked as Quality Assurance Manager (QA)/Quality System Manager (QS) and finally promoted as Global Group Quality Assurance Division Head . His manufacturing experiences includes processes such as injection molding, printing, spray, plating, metal stamping and assembly. He was appointed as a Management Representative (MR) and was successful in implementation of ISO 9001/ IATF 16949/ ISO 14 000 systems certified passed by 3rd party certification body. His other manufacturing experiences include special assignments to conduct quality audits, quality trainings, prepare for customer/certification body audits in overseas manufacturing companies located in Indonesia, India, Thailand, Singapore and China.

Mathew has extensive consultancy knowledge of developing, implementing and improving the ISO 9001(QMS), IATF 16949 quality management system (QMS), Environment management system (EMS) and Occupational Health and Safety management system (ISO 45001) of various manufacturing and service companies. These companies have successfully passed 3rd party certification body audits.

Mathew has valuable experience in preparing training modules & conducting various training modules such as QC 7 tools, SPC,5S Housekeeping, 8D problem solving, QCC,FMEA ,MSA, APQP, PPAP, lean manufacturing, Health & Safety etc. He also has experience conducting 3rd party audits in certifying manufacturing companies complying to ISO 9001 standard.
